WOD: Saturday, October 26, 2013

(A) Work up to a 5RM Squat in 15 minutes

(B) 3x5 Back Squat @ 90% of your 5RM,  rest 3 minutes between sets

(C) Every Minute On The Minute for 10 minutes (Comp: 12 minutes)

  • 6 Push-Ups
  • 6 Sit-Ups
  • 6 Jump Squats (Comp: Sub w/ Burpees) 
  • If you fail to finish all 18 reps when the minute is over, STOP and REST the entire next round . After a round of rest, start back at 6 Push-Ups
