(A) Getting under the bar for the Snatch:
- Drop Snatch 3x2 @ Barbell
- Snatch Balance 4x2 @ 60, 70, 80, 90% of 1RM Snatch

(B) Find a 3RM Front Squat in 15 minutes
(C) 5 Rounds for Time of:
- 10 Front Squats @ 60% of 3RM from Part (B)
- 9 V-Ups
- 8 Push-Ups
