I'm posting this early in hopes that Friday's WOD scares you into drinking a little less, sleeping a little more on Halloween.

(A) Getting under the bar for the Snatch:

(B) Find a 3RM Front Squat in 15 minutes 

(C) 5 Rounds for Time of: 

  • 10 Front Squats @ 60% of 3RM from Part (B)
  • 9 V-Ups
  • 8 Push-Ups
