(B) In 13 minutes, 3x6 Deficit Deadlifts (Standing on a 2-3" platform) @ 80% of 3RM Sumo Deadlift 

  • Rest exactly 3 minutes between sets

(C) Tabata Superman Rocks 

(D) Russian Sit-Up Intervals for 4 minutes as follows

  • 40 Seconds ON, 20 Seconds REST
  • Switch Arms every 5 reps
  • Continue right where you left off on next interval
