(A) Find a 5 Rep Max Push Press

(B) 4 Sets of 4 Push Presses + 2 Split/Push Jerks @ 90% of 5RM Push Press

(C) With no breaks:

  • 3 Minute AMRAP Burpees
  • 1 Minute AMRAP Push-Ups
  • 1 Minute AMRAP Burpees (Score 1 = Total Reps for all 5 Minutes of AMRAPs)
  • 400m Run
  • 4 Rounds of: 5 Push Ups, 10 Air Squats, 10 Burpees
  • 200m Run (Score 2 = Total Time, including time for 5 minutes of AMRAPs)
