(A) Clean Pulls (5 minutes)

  • 2 @ Barbell Weight
  • 2 @ 50% of Clean 1 Rep Max
  • 2 @ 60% of Clean 1 RM

(B) Clean High Pulls (5 minutes)

  • 2 @ 70%
  • 2x2 @ 80%

(C) Find a 5 Rep Max Press in 15 Minutes

(D) Press 2x7 @ 85% of 5RM (5 minutes)

(E) Push Press your 5RM Press Weight x 15 to 20 (5 minutes)

(F) Conditioning, 4 Rounds for Time (w/ 7 minute time limit) of

  • 5 Pull-Ups*
  • 5 Push-Ups
  • 4 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups*
  • 4 Handstand Push-Ups**

*Sub Pull-Ups with Bent Over Barbell Rows
**Sub Handstand Push-Ups w/ Push-Ups or Piking Push-Ups
