Complete the following + warm-up in ONE 90 minute lifting session.
(A) Find a 1 Rep Max Squat
(B) Find a 1 Rep Max Strict Press
(C) Find a 1 Rep Max Deadlift
- Max 3 Attempts Per Lift (No, this does not include warm up sets. That would be crazy.)
- Attempts must be declared, as well as judged by the coach/trainer or an experienced lifter (2 years of lifting and has full range of motion on lifts) who knows the standards and is willing to call missed lifts. If you can, record lifts from the side, with whole body in view.
- If lifter does not have full Range of Motion for any given lift, he/she must demonstrate his/her full range of motion to judge with an empty barbell before attempting lifts.
