(A) Handstand Practice

(B) Push-Up and Burpee Practice

(C) Close Grip Bench Press: Find a 5 Rep Max in 14 Minutes

(D) Death by Burpees Starting @ Minute 10, for 10 minutes

  • Do 10 Burpees @ Minute 10, 11 Burpees @ Minute 11, 12 @  Minute 12, etc.
  • After the round of failure (if any), attempt to climb down the burpee ladder until the 10 minutes expire (For example, if you fail to do 15 burpees @ minute 15, attempt 14 @ minute 16, attempt 13 @ minute 17, attempt 12 @ minute 18, etc.)

(E) 3x 500m Row for Time each round
