(A) Barbell Warm-Up

  • Quad Clean Stretch
  • 3 Pause Clean, Working in reverse order (from 3rd Puase down to 1st)
  • Tall Power Jersks
  • Tall Split Jerks
  • Jerk Balance

(B) Clean and Jerks

  • 2 Cleans + 2 Jerks: 1 @ 60%, 1x1 @70%
  • 2 Cleans + 1 Jerk: 1 @ 80%, 1 @85%
  • 1 Clean + 2 Jerks: 1 @ 85%

(C) Rest (but manage class time wisely)

(D) For Time:

  • 10 C+J 95/63
  • 10 C+J 115/83
  • 10 C+J 135/93
  • 5 C+J 145/103
  • 5 C+J 155/113 (8 Minute Time Limit)
