Today is Athletes' Choice of Skill Work and Coach's/Trainer's Choice of workout(s).
As a class you will decide what barbell, kettlebell, and/or body weight movements you want to work on.
Coach Harold will work closely with you to teach or refine your technique in these movements. He will then design a workout (or series of small workouts) for you to put the movements into practice at high intensity.
If you came to class most of last week, you should be resting today. Sleep more, eat more, drink more, roll out more.
