(A) Barbell Drills

  • Press (Behind, then In Front of neck)
  • Push Press
  • Tall Power Jerk
  • Push Jerk/Power Jerk

(B) Find a 3 Rep Max Strict Press, then:

  • 4x3 @ 90% of 3 RM Press

(C) Tabata: Alternating Strict Pull-Ups and Strict Dips

  • Use a band if necessary
  • Big classes, half of you will start on Pull-Ups, half on Rings or Matador

(D) Tabata: Alternating Russian & American Swings

(E) Optional: 500m Row for Time
