(A) Clean and Snatch Quad Stretches

(B) Clean Pause/Position Drills and Quad Cleans (Muscle, Power, Power + FSq, Squat)

(C) Every 2 Minutes for 12 Minutes Perform:

  • 6 Front Squats @ 45% of your 1 RM front Squat as quickly as possible
  • Rest with remaining time

(D) 1K Row @ 15-18 Strokes/Minute

(E) Hip Mobility

(F) 800m Jog
