    • Partner up and give each other feedback throughout
  • Russian Swings
    • Work on perfecting hip movement
    • One Hand Swing
    • Two KB Swing (One kettlebell in each hand)
  • KB Push Ups

(B) Conditioning or Mobility

Conditioning: 2 Rounds for Time of

  • 5 KB  Push Ups
  • 10 KB Russian Swings, Left Arm
  • 10 KB Russian Swings, Right Arm
  • 10 Two KB Swing
  • 5 KB Push Ups
  • 30 Tuck Ups
