(A) Clean & Jerk Drills:

  • Quad Clean Stretches
  • 3-Pause/Position Clean
  • Quad Cleans/Power Cleans
  • Press, Push Press
  • Jerks:
    • Tall Jerks
    • Power Jerks
    • Tall Split Jerks
    • Split Jerks

(B) Do the following complex every 90 seconds, starting at 50% of your 1RM Clean, and adding 5-10 pounds per round:

1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Power/Push/Split Jerk

Once you reach your limit or fail, do two more sets, 10-20 pounds lighter

(C) 1K Row @ 20-15 S/M ... you may start this as soon as you're done with Part (B)
