The CrossFit Open workout 14.3 will be announced today (Thursday) at 5 p.m. pacific. It will determine what and how we do our Friday and Saturday classes.

(A) For Time:

  • 800m Run
  • 30 Lateral Jumps Over Parallettes
  • 20 Box Jumps (Sub: Step Ups)
  • 10 Toes to Bar
  • 5 Rounds of:
    • 5 Deficit Push Ups off Parallettes or Kettlebells
    • 10 Ball Slams

(B) 1K Row @ 15-20 S/M

(C) Moblity: Roll out, stretch out, cool down
