(B) Warm-Up 2: Barbell, 10 Minutes

(C & D) Find a 1 RM Strict Press AND a 1 RM Push Press in 10 Minutes

Once you've found your 1RM Press, continue adding weight and start push pressing

(E) Find a 2 RM Banded Deadlift
