(C) Clean Ladder as follows

  • 2 Cleans Every 90 Seconds Starting @ 55-60% of 1RM Clean
  • Go up 5-10 lbs. per round
  • If you reach numbers at or higher than 90% of your 1RM, go to singles instead of doubles
