  • 800m Run/1000m Row
  • Complete the following in any order and in as many sets as needed
    • 80 Wall Balls 20/14 to 10'/9'
    • 80 Russian Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1.0 Pood
    • 80 Air Squats or 40 Pistols
    • 80 Burpees
  • 1000m Row/800m Run
