POWERLIFTING WEEK, DAY 1

Note: Friday we will only have classes at 6, 7, and 8 a.m. The same class, Deadlifts, will repeat on Saturday.

For Monday:

(A) Soft Tissue Work (5 min)

(B) GymNASTY mobility

(C) Barbell Drills: Snatch (7 min)

(D) Find a 3RM High Bar Back Squat in 18 minutes

(E) Back Off Sets: 4x 3 Thrusters @ 33-40% of 3RM Back Squat

Each set followed by

  • 2 Prowler Pushes Down and Up Ramp (Start Prowler Push @ Top)
  • 25 Burpees
  • 10 Ball Slams
