  • 15 Butterfly Sit Ups

(D) Heavy Back Step Lunges

  • 5x(10-16)
  • Step off a 35 or 45 lb. plate
  • Each set followed by light Good Mornings 5x10-20 @  45-135 (a weight you can easily clean and put on your shoulders)
