PROJECT BREAKDOWN DAY 29 (+Weekly Preview): Monday, April 27, 2015

(A) Soft Tissue Work

(B) GymNASTY Mobility

(C) Warm Up WOD: 9-8-7 Burpees, Push Ups

(D) Find a 1RM Close Grip Bench Press (Hands at shoulder length or narrower)

  • Trainer/Coach will work with beginners during warm up sets to ensure proper form and correct spotting technique

(E) 4-6 x 500m Row (rest as needed) ... if you did not do a 500m time trial a few weeks back, this is the time to make it up. Write your all out effort/best time on the board next to your 1RM Close Grip Bench Press
