Today is bring your Mexican trainer tacos day. Your Mexican trainer (yours truly) works from 6-8 a.m. and from 11:30-1:30 p.m.

Today's workout (which is not nearly as important as bringing me tacos):

(A) Soft Tissue Work

(B) GymNASTY Mobility

(C) 800m Run as One Giant Herd Around the Block

(D) Barbell Drills: Snatch, Clean and Jerk

(E) Snatch ... 15 minutes of practice (last set should be just < 85-90% of 1RM)

(F) Clean & Jerk ... 15 minutes of  practice (last sets should be just < 85-90% of 1RM)
