  • Each set followed by 5-10 Ring Dips, Banded Ring Dips, or Parallette Dips

(E) Dead-Stop Sumo Deadlifts 6x4 @ 75% of 1RM (Without letting go of the bar, stop at the bottom of every rep)

(F) Strong Back: 5-6 Sets of

  • 20-35 Hollow Rocks alternating with
  • 20-35 Reverse Hypers
