(D) Snatch: 5@50%, 4@60%, 3x@70%, 2x2@80%, 2x1@85%

Beginners: Trainer's choice of snatch drills

(E) Press 5x5 @ 75%, each set followed by:

  • 7 Behind Neck Snatch Grip Press in the Squat (Barbell up to 75 pounds)
  • 1 Prowler Push
  • 20 Russian KB Swings

(F) 3-5 Set of Circuit

  • Bench Reverse Hypers x15-30 w/ 2s Pause at top
  • Russian Plate Sit Ups x15-30
