  • Lunch Hour:   11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
  • Evening:  5:15, 6:15, and 7:15 p.m. (FRI 7:15pm class is an On-Ramp Class)

SATURDAY 

  • Morning:  9:15, 10:15, and 11:15 a.m.

SUNDAY

  • Morning: 10:15 and 11:15 a.m. (SUN 10:15am class is an On-Ramp Class)

ON-RAMP CLASSES - CrossFit V16's  On-Ramp classes introduce our less-experienced athletes to the fundamentals of CrossFit. New V16 athletes must complete 8 On-Ramp classes within a month before gaining access to our full schedule of classes.
